5/12/2020 DisapprovedCHEMICAL INVENTORY, AS DECLARED Gasoline - 5 gal - HMIS indicates it as a Combustible Liquid Class II; this is incorrect. Please correct the hazard classification to the correct hazard classification per the Colorado Springs Fire Code Definition. Additionally, the location is indicated as "Maintenance", but that is not a room indicated on the plans. Please provide accurate location description that matches the plan room descriptions. Oxygen (20 scf), Acetylene (10 scf), Nitrogen (40 scf). What are these used for? Welding? The amounts indicated are much lower than what is typically found in a typical gas cylinder for welding work; please verify and correct amounts. Additionally, the location is indicated as "Maintenance", but that is not a room indicated on the plans. Please provide accurate location description that matches the plan room descriptions. Liquid Chlorine (10 gal), Powder Chlorine (20 lbs), Muriatic Acid (10 gal)- the HMIS lists these as "Corrosives" but typically only muriatic acid meets the definition of Corrosive; the Chlorine is typically an Oxidizer (either, Class 1, 2 3, or 4); please verify and correct.
