Is it filled on site or will it be replaced with a new tank? 2. How will the oil tank be vented? Is it vented outside or will it be vented inside (if vented inside a pressure-vacuum vent cap is required) 3. How will oil tank be feeding the oil rack? 4. What are the secondary containment methods?
DisapprovedTHE CHEMICAL INVENTORY, AS DECLARED, EXCEEDS THE ALLOWABLE THRESHOLDS FOR WATER REACTIVE CLASS 2, AS DEFINED BY 2015 IFC TABLE 5003.1.1(1) AND/OR 5003.1.1(2). YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESUBMIT YOUR PLANS TO THE PPRBD FOR A RE-CLASSIFICATION OF THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IN WHICH THIS/THESE CHEMICAL TYPE(S) ARE USED AND/OR STORED, TO AN H3 PER THESE TABLES. Total amount of Water Reactive Class 2 proposed - 95 gal; MAQ is 50 lbs x 2 = 100 lbs, or about 10 gal. Note that the Water Reactive Class 2 chemicals in the HMIS are lead acid batteries - please verify that these batteries do in fact meet the definition of a Water Reactive Class 2 per the IFC. Verify and correct.
