 System plans must be picked up within 30 days. All system plans left longer than 30 days will be discarded as abandoned.

If amount of CO2 is greater than 100 lbs, then a CO2 detection system shall be required in accordance with Section 5307 of the Colorado Springs Fire Code. If this system will be provided by the CO2 contractor, a deferred submittal may be requested. Please contact Stefan Manning at stefan.manning@coloradosprings.gov for deferred submittal information.
DisapprovedHAZARDOUS MATERIAL INVENTORY STATEMENT: All Processes/Operations, Materials/Chemicals indicated on the Hazardous Materials Triage form must be provided on a Hazardous Materials Inventory Statement (HMIS). An HMIS WAS NOT provided with the submittal. The HMIS shall include the following information: 1. Product name. 2. Component. 3. Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) number. 4. Location where stored or used. 5. Container size. 6. Hazard classification. 7. Amount in storage. 8. Amount in use-closed systems. 9. Amount in use-open systems.
