 System plans must be picked up within 30 days. All system plans left longer than 30 days will be discarded as abandoned.

If the amount in any one circuit exceeds 220 lbs of class A1 refrigerant or greater than 30 lbs otherwise, then the refrigerant room is required to meet the requirements of Section 606 of the Colorado Springs Fire Code.
DisapprovedSEPARATE HAZARDOUS MATERIAL PERMITS REQUIRED: The following Processes/Operations require separate permits through the Division of the Fire Marshal, 375 Printers Parkway, Colorado Springs, CO 80910: AF- Aboveground Fuel Tank Please provide confirmation in a comment response letter that the separate permit application will be submitted in accordance with the below requirements: We need the following to be submitted: 1. Completed permit application. (https://coloradosprings.gov/sites/default/files/inline-images/all_inclusive_permit_application_0305.pdf) 2. Site and/or floor plans showing where the tanks are located in relation to their surroundings and buildings 3. Product specification sheets for any secondary containment systems being utilized 4. Product specification sheets for the proposed tanks themselves showing their approval listings and construction methods 5.
