Welcome to the City of Colorado Springs Human Resources site. We are located in the heart of downtown at 30 South Nevada Avenue, Suite 702.
With over 2,200 employees, the City of Colorado Springs (City) is among the community's largest employers. The City is organized under the provisions of the Colorado Constitution and has a Council-Mayor form of government. This form of government includes a nine member Council and a popularly elected mayor as the City's chief executive.
Colorado Springs is a growing city that is home to a diverse population of over 400,000. By serving the needs of the public, City employees greatly impact the community. Offering more than basic services, they help maintain Colorado Springs' high quality of life.
