The Housing Development Division administers residential housing rehabilitation programs. Improvements include roof, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, bath remodels, general carpentry, painting and accessibility improvements such as ramps, wheelchair lifts and stair glides. The contractor must have a general contractor’s license of C or better, General Liability insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
