The City Contracting Office is a Division of the Finance Department and has individuals who are responsible for awarding over 450 Contracts and 4300 Purchase Orders averaging over $150,000,000 annually. Our division directly supports all of the departments within the City of Colorado Springs. Our division functions by servicing assigned departments rather than by commodity or service.
