Code Scrubs - Adopted 2012
The City Council approved and adopted various amendments to Chapter 7 of the City Code. The amendments provide the necessary periodic maintenance for purposes of correcting/clarifying certain Zoning and Subdivision Code provisions, removing duplication or conflicting language, elimination of outdated, unclear or redundant provisions, and the streamlining of provisions, all of which result in a more understandable and user-friendly Code.
The amendments have not been codified into the City Code. Until they are incorporated into the City Code, use the following adopted ordiances to identify changes to Chapter 7, Zoning and Subdivision.
