Request for Services
On November 28, 2006, City Council passed Resolution No. 201-66 approving a fee structure for the City of Colorado Springs Real Estate Services Division. Beginning January 1, 2007, Real Estate Services will collect payment of processing for the following public requests for services:
- Easement Encroachment - $160.00
- Easement Vacation - $160.00
- Research - $28.00
You must submit a Public Request Form, along with payment and supporting documentation to the address shown on the left of the screen or, if no payment is required, by email at realestatesvcs@springsgov.com. Please use the links below to access forms:
