Robberies are a quick way for criminals to make money. The definition of robbery is when someone knowingly steals or takes anything of value from you, against your will, by using force, threat, or intimidation. Robberies are commonly classified by the means employed, such as armed robbery, or the place of offence, such as bank robbery. The thing for the wise citizen to do is to start learning appropriate counter-measures and making plans to put them into action. With that in mind, this bulletin will provide suggestions on how to respond to a robbery and, better yet, how to reduce to the possibility of being robbed.
