The City recently adopted a new sign code incorporating up-to-date sign technology and marketing practices while promoting a visually attractive and safer environment for our community. Significant changes to the code include the addition of Coordinated Sign Plans (CSP) for commercial centers and Electronic Message Centers (EMC). Select the following for an overview of the new changes, comprehensive code ordinance, new forms and fee schedule:
Coordinated Sign Plans (CSP) - Applicants interested in applying for a CSP must first submit a Pre-Application Meeting Request to Development Review Enterprise to start the process. Fax the completed application to (719) 385-5055
