Applications and Forms
The Development Review Enterprise processes various types of applications related to building permits, site plan reviews, and administrative reviews including development plan amendments, CMRS applications, variances and waivers of replat. Applications for these reviews are consolidated into one form titled General Development Application. A meeting with a planner is helpful and for many applications, is required prior to submitting an application.
