City Zoning Code (Chapter 7)
Zoning Code:
This portion of the City Code contains the regulations which apply to the use of land, placement and size of buildings, landscaping and parking requirements and signs. This is the most commonly used ordinance in the planning process. The Zoning Code encompasses Articles 2 through 5 of Chapter 7 of the City Code. click here
Subdivision Code:
The Subdivision Code contains the requirements which apply to the platting and division of raw land into buildable lots. It also contains regulations governing street improvements, park and school dedications, drainage improvements and related procedures and implements the Zoning Code requirements for lot sizes and shapes. The Subdivision Code encompasses Articles 6 through 9 of Chapter 7 of the City Code. click here
