Human Resources
The Human Resources Office provides human resource functions for the Colorado Springs Fire Department including conducting entry level hiring processes and establishing promotional lists, handling customer and employee compliants, and handling employee payroll. We are also instrumental in developing officer development programs and coordinating Performance Management for the Department.
