ERP / Application Support
Application Support works to ensure that City departments have the critical resources and support necessary to provide optimal services to the public.
ERP Support provides computerized records management, quality control and report distribution, delivers support for the Human Resource and Payroll's data tracking and management system, enabling City administration to manage employee information via integrated PeopleSoft tools.
The Applications Support section is responsible for the acquisition, implementation and support of city computer applications systems and databases, as well as the current office productivity suite (MS Office) as sourced from commercial and governmental software packages and internally-developed systems.
The Public Safety Section is responsible for the maintenance and development of software systems for Police and Fire departments.
