Walk Through scheduled for Energy Efficiency Program RFQs
On March 5, 2010 staff from the Housing Development Division will conduct a walkthrough site inspection at five properties. All five are applicants for the Energy Efficiency Program. Line item work descriptions and Request for Quotations (RFQs) will be available on site. Lead Based Paint Safe Work Practices certification and a DUNN number are requirements prior to contract signing. One contractor will be awarded all five projects based on the RFQ submittal.

To submit an RFQ, contractors must attend all five site inspections. This will take 3 to 4 hours to complete. The other locations of the site inspections are:
