Family Celebrates 10th Anniversary of Dramatic Delivery by CSFD Paramedic
Wednesday, February 12, 2014

Colorado Springs, CO – On Saturday, February 15, Paramedic Alan Kent and CSFD Station 15 will celebrate the tenth birthday of Chloe Faith Huddle, who Paramedic Kent delivered in the Huddles’ home ten years ago.

Every year Chloe celebrates her birthday with a trip to the fire station to visit Paramedic Kent, honoring the day when she was delivered at her parents’ home in Colorado Springs on February 15, 2004 at 6:10 a.m., just fifteen minutes after a call was placed to 9-1-1 for emergency assistance. Paramedic Kent has been made an honorary member of the Huddle family, and Chloe plans to continue her birthday visits until Paramedic Kent retires.

The Huddle family will bring dinner for the Station 15 crew at 5 p.m. The family will join firefighters afterward for cake and ice cream, and will take a tour of the fire station at 6:30 p.m.
