Seabury APG selected as Colorado Springs Airport marketing consultant

The City of Colorado Springs and the Colorado Springs Airport are pleased to announce their selection of Seabury Airline Planning Group (APG) to provide the Airport with marketing consulting services.

Founded in 1997, Seabury APG is a full-service aviation consulting firm headquartered in Reston, VA. With a unique blend of consulting skills and post-deregulation aviation knowledge, Seabury APG brings practical expertise to airlines, airports, equipment manufacturers, policy makers and others in the aviation industry. Seabury APG helps its aviation clients to react quickly and accurately to changing industry conditions, and to implement effective strategies and tactics. Given the strong marketing focus of this project, Seabury APG is partnering with sub-consultants The Quotient Group and D Custom.  This teaming arrangement merges Seabury APG’s air service development capabilities with The Quotient Group’s real-world airport marketing experience and D Custom’s cross-industry expertise in branding strategy development.

The Request for Proposals process generated interest from a wide range of marketing firms, including those with a local presence. However, based on the evaluation criteria, Seabury APG received the highest ranking of all the firms considered.

“The City received a number of solid proposals, and it was a tough decision.  However, based on the criteria, Seabury APG received the highest ranking of all the firms considered.  We know a tremendous amount of work went into the proposals and it showed.  We thank every firm for their efforts,” said Interim Aviation Director Dan Gallagher.
