Evening Bus Service Starts April 1

Join the celebration beginning at the Downtown Terminal

Mountain Metropolitan Transit’s evening bus service begins April 1, 2013. The first night is FREE for riders beginning at 6:45 p.m.

To celebrate the arrival of evening bus service, join Mayor Bach at the downtown terminal for refreshments and live music featuring the Coronado High School Jazz Band.  Adding some evening bus service topped Mayor Bach’s list of key initiatives for the 2013 budget and this enhancement of local bus service is welcome news to many riders and businesses.

Evening hours will extend bus service on Routes 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 (to UCCS only), 11 and 25 until approximately 9:45 p.m. Route 10 evening service will extend until approximately 7:10 p.m.

Mountain Metropolitan Transit provides local fixed-route bus service and Metro Mobility ADA paratransit service for Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region. All buses are wheelchair-lift equipped. Mountain Metropolitan Transit also provides other services such as Metro Rides’ ridesharing, vanpool, and bicycling programs.
