Council President Presents Excellence Awards
On Tuesday, Oct. 16, Council President Scott Hente helped present the 2012 Excellence in Local Industry Awards in the following categories:

Company to Watch Award
Corporate Social Responsibility Award
Excellence in Local Industry Master of Ceremonies Innovation Award
Local Industry Chairperson Award
Manufacturing Company of the Year Award
Pioneer Award
This annual event sponsored by the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC in cooperation with El Pomar Institute for Innovation and Commercialization (EPIIC) at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, honors contributions made to the Pikes Peak region by corporate, civic and individual members of the community.
