19th Annual Hummingbird Festival in North Cheyenne Canon May 12

North Cheyenne Cañon Park is hosting the 19th Annual Hummingbird Festival at Starsmore Discovery Center (2120 S. Cheyenne Cañon Road) on Saturday, May 12 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.  Fun for the whole family will included hummingbird programs, live birds of prey, educational and nature product vendors, children’s crafts and face painting, magic shows, carnival games, hummingbird native plant sale, food, silent auction, Ute tipi with elder, Austin Box, and six live bands. Free parking and shuttle buses will be available from Cheyenne Mountain High School, 1200 Cresta Road.

Donations will be accepted for admission, $3 per person or $5 for a family. This is a public event and all donations go directly to the operation of North Cheyenne Cañon Park and its programs. 

Cheyenne Cañon Park is owned by the City of Colorado Springs and maintained in partnership with the City and the Friends of Cheyenne Cañon.
