CONCESSION OPPORTUNITIES
The Colorado Springs Airport enters into multi-year contracts to provide primary services such as food & beverage, retail, banking and pay phones. ENGINEERING PROJECTS
The Colorado Springs Airport maintains the infrastructure of the airport. Projects often involve design and construction of facilities. GROUND TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER OPPORTUNITIES
No person may operate a commercial ground transportation vehicle at the Airport without a valid written permit from the Aviation Director and a transponder assigned to each vehicle that will be used on Airport property. For more information on how to obtain a permit, please contact the Airport Operations Office at 719-550-1900. The Airport Operations Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Revenue generating Commercial Ground Transportation Providers must a have State PUC (Public Utilities Commission) Operating Authority when required AND be in good standing and registered with the Secretary of State before applying for an Airport Operating permit.

COURIER SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
All Couriers making deliveries or pickups at COS Airport must:
- Review the Insurance Requirements and provide proof they are compliant with those requirements
- Download and fill out the Courier Application and observe the rules on the form.

PURCHASING & CONTRACTS
The City of Colorado Springs' Purchasing and Contracts Office is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the Colorado Springs Airport. These goods and services include architectural and engineering services for the purpose of construction, specialty consultants and contractors, maintenance equipment, vehicles, furniture, etc.
