Wednesday Wellness Walks

Get Fit At The Garden

We convene on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in the lower level of the Garden of the Gods Visitors & Nature Center. Participants can enjoy a free one, two, or three mile walk inside the Garden of the Gods. Following the hike, join our participants for a free snack and educational conversation about the Park. Dress for the weather; sturdy shoes, bring water, hat, and sunscreen as needed. Questions call: 719-219-0108
