A: To report illegal dumping or spills call 444-7000. If an emergency, call 911.

All delinquent stormwater accounts (unless already on an approved payment plan with the City) were turned over to A-1 Collections on Thursday, April 29, 2010. All future inquiries and payments need to be directed to A-1 at (719) 634-3753 (Terri Hale or Marie Kim) or by email at kmgau@aol.com.
